Women's College Hoops
Western Michigan hosted Central Michigan last night. WMU kept it close for a half, but CMU started hitting every look they got and pulled away for a 77-53 win.
Here are a few shots. Critique always welcome. :bow
1.
2. That looked like a foul to me...but no call.
3. Calling the play.
4. Eyes on the prize...
5. This is a really tight crop from the other end with the 70-200.
6.
7. A little boogie action.:ivar
8. Talk about intense!

Thanks Mike,
I was shooting with my D700, 70-200 AFS f2.8, ISO 4000, Auto WB.
I used both Imagenomic Noiseware Professional, and Picturecode NoiseNinja.

Thanks Frank. I attribute it all to good equipment...and did't anyone ever tell you not to play with sharp objects?

Thanks Ian. That's the problem when us inept humans get involved with things.

I was watching the Avs game the other night. There was very clearly an offside situation that wasn't called. The player who was off, reached back for the puck, pulled it to him and scored a goal. As a referee/linesman, you never want your mistake to result in an unfair advantage.
