SAVE PHOTO OPTION (prevent customers from downloading

When customers are viewing a gallery and double click on a photo SmugMug gives them the option to "SAVE PHOTO." The SAVE PHOTO option allows them to download the photo to their computer. This makes no sense because I want them to BUY the photo. How do i remove this feature so customers cannot save/download photo?

From the gallery click tools>this gallery>gallery settings. Under Security and Privacy set 'protected' to 'yes' ond set the largest display size to something less than 'original'.
