St Augustine Florida Alligator farm rookery question.

This is the first year for me visiting with photography in mind. I've checked out the website for any early action and it seems the "early birds" (pun intended) are arriving. It's been a REALLY warm winter this year in N-Fl and my weekends are tight on time so I'm wondering if an early visit might be a good idea or if I should stick with the "normal" known cycles.

Any other advice for a rookery nob would be much appreciated.
