Is there a way to view all settings for all my galleries?

I was updating the pricing in my account today, and was wondering if there is a way to get a report of all the current gallery settings? It would be helpful to just browse through a report that would show all the settings - so that I could see when a gallery is set up differently from the normal setup I use. Whether intentional or not, I have found pricing differences in galleries - and protection differences - because of a mistake I made setting them up.

It would be easier than going through them one at a time...
