Hey folks, just one of the red shouldered hawk shots from Myakka. Raindog sent me a copy of "Neat Image" and I was just toying around with it ....before I struggle through the directions. So....what do you think? Too noisy still? Oversharpened? Still have a long way to go with this PP and noise reduction stuff.
I was shooting at ISO 400 w/ high shutter speed.......hoping for a BIF shot.. I never got it. Waited forever for this guy to fly off. He flew off the first time as I was looking down at oncoming tourists in an attempt to get out of their way on the boardwalk. Bahstud flew off just as I looked away for a second. Amazingly he made a large circle and came right back to his perch. I waited again forever for that ellusive HIF shot. It was time to go...and darn if I didn't just yank the camera off the monopod, pop the lens cover back on and put the camera in my bag....that the little devil flew right over my darn head. Torture I say..pure torture. :cry :cry Anywho...still working on this "Neat Image' software. Guess I"ll actually have to read the instructions...Grrrrrrr.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Harry... I don't get the 3D thing. It's not working for me. I'll take your word for it. :uhoh
Cheers
