Keyword and Browser Issues... I need help

I have run into a couple of issues that are a bit frustrating, and I need some help.

Issue #1: My images each have keywords. They work fine when I am logged in, but do not work when a visitor views my SmugMug instance. Is there a setting that I need to turn on?
I thought I had looked everywhere, but I am at wits end on this one.

Issue #2: My visitor view appears very different when viewed in Chrome versus IE9. I have cleared caches on both browsers. My Chrome view appears as I expect. My IE9 view does not. Any chance that you could take a look and advise me if it is just local to me?

My SmugMug is at http://doubleconvex.smugmug.com

Keyword and Browser Issues... I need help
I have run into a couple of frustrating issues that I need help with.

The first is around keywords. They work just fine when I am logged in, but as a visitor, I cannot seem to use the keyword feature. The keywords are visible, but when I click on one, I get an error message to the effect:
There are no photos for the keyword <keyword>

The second is that my homepage appears very different in Chrome versus IE9. Not sure if this is local to me alone, but would appreciate some feedback from anyone who has a chance to view my SmugMug.

    The URL is http://doubleconvex.smugmug.com

    Thanks in advance.

In your site settings check "SITE VISIBILITY"

In each gallery settings are the "Hello world" and "Hello smugers" set?
