Tracking Download All Links

You can create a download all link for your galleries, which is really helpful.
However, there is currently no way to verify that anyone or how many people have clicked on the link and downloaded the gallery.
Does anyone have a work-around for this, like a third party program or perhaps putting the link on a webpage?
Thanks for your thoughts and help in advance.

Sorry! We don't keep stats on the Download All links. They're temporary, just for downloading your photos. (They expire two weeks after they're created.)
When you share them, the images are no longer part of your site. Just like any other image download, they will not link back to your site stats.
I hope this helps!

I understand how your current process works. I am looking for ways to deal with its current limitations.
For example, When I shoot a baseball game, I include websize images in the package which I typically provide with a download all link.
When I provide a link to the zip file that is created and on my site, I would simply like to know when someone clicks on the link. Many times the parents get busy and never get around to downloading the images. I just want to be able to follow up with them proactively, instead of hearing 3 months later that they never got their images. I currently have no way of knowing.
My current thoughts are to create a webpage, and somehow require a login to get to the link. I am looking for what other people have done to workaround this issue, or perhaps I just need to stick with DVD's.
