LR4 Upload Timeouts

I love the publish to SM feature of LR, but I'm really frustrated that it stops uploading when a timeout occurs instead of just retrying on its own. Inevitably I'll set a batch upload for 800+ images overnight, then in the morning see that the plugin stopped after 68 photos or whatever. All I have to do is press "OK" and it resumes the process. This seems like such a simple thing to configure in preferences, but there's no option to "ignore" this type of error.
Anyone else experience this, or know of a workaround/fix? The saving grace is that LR knows which photos have been published, so I don't have to worry about duplicates or missing photos, but it's still frustrating...

Timeout errors can also be caused by other connection issues between your computer and our servers. It would be interesting to know if you experience a similar timeout error if you try using the default browser uploader as well, or if the problem only occurs when uploading from LR. I have also seen cases where certain security software can interfere with the uploading process (especially security software that uses active web filtering, or that acts as a virtual proxy). If you like, feel free to drop us a line on the helpdesk, and we can walk you through some troubleshooting on your connection and security software to see if we can help you prevent that timeout from occurring.

Thanks Josh - I do have Backblaze running on another computer so there is constant uploading going on - but I shouldn't have to turn that off each time another computer is streaming, etc. I just don't understand why the plugin requires intervention for this error. Maybe I'm just whining...
Did you ever check on Josh's hypothesis that your computer is set to sleep after a certain amount of idle time? This would be my #1 guess as well.
