Yes, better, I would crop the bottom slightly just under the step with the bricks. Great shot!

Hmm...well, since we're into nits here, the white paper/plastic(?) blob at the bottom center bothers me more than the partial sweeper. Including the whole sweeper requires including the bright sign behind him, which is also (a little) distracting. But as I said, these are nits. It's a wonderful shot no matter how you crop it.

The reason why I suggested the crop is because of the white piece of paper that also bothers Richard... We're high maintenance.
