I work in a 12 story building in silicon valley. Here is the view on some hazy days around sunset on the north side of my building. I always thought it was pretty and finally brought in my D600 to capture it.

1) US101 and great america pkwy

2) santa cruz moutain range in the back

3) I didn't see the water tower when i was shooting this shot but I really like it!

4) this last shot is from the south side of the building. In the midground is Great America Amusement Park. Behind that is the slowly emerging new NFL stadium for the San Francisco 49ers. (supposed to be ready for 2014 season)

Great views from your office there, Qarik. Pretty scenes, but that haze makes me think of smog. I like the sunlight on the cars in the first shot.

Oh, I thought it was just a shaft of light making those cars pop like that. Very clever. thumb.gif
