This is how the galleries of my "professional" account look like under Win8 on my wife's laptop.
2 problems, slideshow button is all black, and more importantly the photos show UNDER the thumbnails. Is there a fix for this?

    Hi LG,
No sure about the blacked out button. Haven't seen that before. Clearing the browser's cache may help? But the large display image below the thumbs. Is due to the zoom setting, of the browser. Have her set it to 100%. Or use a different browser. And all should be well. If the button issue persists. Please contact the help desk

    Steve thanks for your reply.
I am sure there is no zoom involved, but I 'll double check. With all due respect, I can't tell my customers to use a different browser. That'd be even more unprofessional than the look of my galleries right now.

The blacked out slideshow button is a problem on IE10, reported here.

Thanks Denise. Did you experience also the second problem I reported (photos displayed under the thumbnails)? That bothers me even more.

That is usually caused by the browser zoom being set to something other than 100%. If you haven't already reset the zoom that's worth a try.

Denise is correct on both fronts. Can you make sure your browser zoom is correct?

The IE10 issue for the blacked out slideshow has been verified and reported, but I do not have an update on an expected timeframe for a fix. This is caused by IE10 not getting along with Flash. I personally recommend using any other browser than IE10.

Yes, there was a 90% zoom set in the browser that we weren't aware of. Setting the view to 100% fixed the problem of the photos displaying under the thumbnails. Thanks guys.
The problem of the slideshow button all black is still there, and Michael I would never say anybody to not use IE. A decent website is one that is cross-compatible, and IE is not used just by a minority. Hope a solution will come up soon.
    Thanks,
    Luigi.

    Luigi,

I just meant for your personal viewing for the time being, I would recommend using another browser until this is no longer an issue thumb.gif
