How to turn on Proof Delay for all galleries?

I recently had a customer unhappy about receiving cropped photos. They did not review the cropping before submitting their order. I'd like to avoid this in the future by turning on Proof Delay so I can go in and choose the optimal cropping for each photo. I have many, many galleries. Is there a way to globally turn on Proof Delay?

It looks like you can use "multiple galleries" from a gallery settings page to apply a proof delay setting to multiple galleries.
