Hey all,

I'm a photographer in the Dallas, TX area that has lucked into some architectural opportunities with some multi million $ homes in the area.

It's looking like it will take me around 4 to 8 hours to shoot each home inside and out at various times of day and I'm trying to get a handle on the prevailing pricing for this market.

Any information that anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    First do a Google search.

I found this one in 10 seconds: http://www.shoot2sell.net/services/
    And a second: http://www.homesnappers.com/interior.html

Pricing is basically very low. Real estate agencies are to be blunt cheap. Unless your dealing with very high end exclusive properties you will not be able to spend 4 to 8 hours photographing one property.

Just a quick look at the two I included here seems to show about $100 to $200 for the entire shoot.

Many real estate photography companies here in CA are trying to hire photographers that have their own equipment and pay $45 t0 $60 per house telling the photographers they can do a house in 30 to 45 min.

    Good luck!!
