    Most important thing you could improve upon on the next go round is proper white balance.

    She looks orange/pink to me.

    White balance definitely is off here
    She's a pretty girl with a great smile
    Just a tad underexposed as well unless you are shooting for low key

    waay too much red in her skin tones (most likely red walls are contributing to this). also you have lost all detail in much of her hair and the arms positions are not to my liking. you may not be able to fix the color issue..in that case turn it to BW if you really like the shot.
