iPad app says No Connection?

My app keeps telling me No Connection when I have wifi. No cell on my iPad yet, just using wifi. Only way to fix is to delete app and reload.

Seems to be when I leave wifi and come back that SM is the only app that doesn't recognize the Internet.

Very frustrating

Thoughts?

When you leave wifi and come back, could you try logging out of the app and then log back in? Does that allow you to access wifi in the app? You shouldn't have to delete each time.

If you need anything else, please let us know.

    Take care,

You shouldn't have to log out and log in again either!
The months are rolling by and this app is still a mess.
We are told it is being worked on but still it is a study in frustration. :cry

I understand your frustrations. We are well aware of the apps limitations, and we are continually working on improving the app for you and all of our customers.

Wendee--yes, I log out every time. Come back to wifi later and log in and get "no connection". If this is all I had to do I would consider it a success.

Of course I shouldn't have to delete and reload. Kind of an obvious statement.

At this point deleting and not reloading or using it appears to be my only option.

Nobody else has had this problem? I am a pretty light user of the app and hard to believe I am the only one that has reported a problem like this.

Thanks for responding. Hoping you have a bit more solid suggestion to try.

I have tested it, and are not seeing the behavior tonight. I will keep poking around to see if I can recreate it.

    done with it...
No change and no help here so the app has to go. Bummer, liked it the few times it worked.

Still pleased with Smugmug, but anybody who uses the ipad as a sales tool better find another host/app. This one is just not reliable or even usable (I'd be happy with unreliable or even cumbersome, but unusable is just a waste of mb).

    Thanks anyway....

Well another three months have gone by! Isn't it about time for another message explaining how the program is being worked on and that you understand our frustrations?

    Cheers,
