    I'm guessing you're drawn to the cool Canon logo and status afforded by the sewn in "Professional", but if it's just function you want: it's just a fishing vest.

    Cabelas, Bass Outdoor, all such places have them for ~$40, new, in the size of your liking. The pockets are identical, I'm looking at my own fishing vest right now and it has the same zips and loops. I'm sure they're all made in the same factory in China.
