I just love these Roseate Spoonbills, and never get tired of watching them. All comments and suggestions are welcome and appreciated! I am still getting used to a new camera, and can use all the help I can get. Best, Pam
Oh Pam! I've always wanted to see one of these. How lucky are you to live near them! What a beauty, and what beautiful photos you captured of him. Congrats!

Thanks, Pear! Of course, I'm jealous of that beautiful duck you posted recently, as I never yet gotten a great photo of one. Of course, I'm not willing to wait in a blind, after my mother-in-law told me she was joined by an alligator the last time she did that! I'm for learning from the previous generation's experiences! Best, Pam
Nice set Pam. This is an easy shot to blow the highlights, Your exposures look good.
Thanks, Robert. Before I ran into Harry, I used to blow the highlights all the time, as perfectly white seemed like a perfectly good color to me. Thanks for checking these out for me. Best, Pam

Very good series of images Pam, and funny is that I like this bird for their prehistoric looking heads and for there nice pick colours.
Those are very interesting birds Pam, someday i will get a chance at them. maybe if I get to Georgia to see my brother will have to take a side trip to get one.

Thanks, Randy! I can't take credit for the colors--those Roseate Spoonbills do that all by themselves!
