I was really excited for this shoot because it took me a little out side my comfort zone but the type of shoot I would like to do more of. Over all I am happy with the results but there are somethings that I keep coming back to, mostly that the shadows on her face are harsher then I would like in a few. Next time I will need to be more careful.

The photos were for her promotional use, the first photos were taken in a small room in the spa. The second set was in the mountains at 3ish, it was pretty windy so I did some clean up but not completely to keep a natural feel.

Any comments or tips would be helpful, I have been shooting for a long time but most of my subjects have sheet metal so it changes some things.

Except for the harshness in some, that you've already mentioned, it's an OK set for what their intended purpose is, at least to me.

In the first one, I would have taken the mirror off of the wall. It competes with her way too much. And I am a bit confused by the crop in number two. Is there a reason for all that head room?

    Thank you for the response,

I have other crops of the same type of image but my thought process was that this crop allowed easy to read copy space on the image if needed. It depends on how it is used and it maybe flawed but that is why I got options. My background with print ads (unfortunately not the one shooting) and editorial has me thinking about copy space.
