Search fields do not work

I had 6,000,000 views on my website, but my customers cannot find their photos.

It takes day, and sometimes weeks for the keywords to index with the photos.

I am madly searching for a competitors service that will work, because smugmug does not think the problem is serious.

Anybody have any suggestions???

We currently have an active investigation into the keywords and search functionality, based on some other reports. I will update this thread as soon as I have more information.
