I returned from a 12 days trip to London and Paris, it was a great experience and I returned with 3.500 pictures in my hard drive.

Didn't have chance to edit my pictures and I don;t think I'll have the time to do it but I want to share some of my best OOC JPGE's of London.

1. Paddington Train Station

Very nice pictures - thanks for posting - mind if I ask which lens you used for these (assuming you used one lens for most/all of them)? Reason I ask is I'm off to London soon as well and trying to pick a good walk-around lens. The Tokina 12-24 is on the shortlist and I see that you have the 11-16 (which is out of my price range, but a similar focal length at the wide end)

Thank you for the feedback, I didn't bring my Nikon gear for this trip, I was worried for the weather in London and the weight of my D600 + 2 or 3 lenses that I bought a Olympus OMD plus 3 lenses, 12-50mm, 9-18mm and a 40-150mm.

For London you will be fine with the 12-24mm for cityscape's and inside churches and museum but I think you will need a 24-70mm or something in that focus range most of the time.

I visited London and Paris and 90% of the time I used the Zuiko 12-50mm which is equivalent to 24-100mm in full frame.

Good luck in your trip and post the pictures when you come back.

Great thanks - I've got the Canon 18-135mm kit lens that came with my camera (60D) which should fit most other shots I would want. I'd like to try to do some street photography while there so I figured an ultra-wide would be best.

#10 is fantastic, love the purple under the arc of the bridge, as well as the light on the dome. Very nice!
