Agree on the straightening, but I would also try to crop out the part on the right that shows the other boat, to keep the comp simpler (perhaps at least some of that other boat). I think its a great photo, especially that the background is a bit OOF (our of focus). That white rope is also a strong part of the composition there on the left.

Great idea for a shot! It seems slightly too busy to me, (maybe thats just me??). Possibly it would have worked better as a portrait. That way your eyes can follow the picture back into the landscape, where as mine were jerking a little bit back and forth in the foreground.
