A different robin, on the other side of the woods close to the feeding stations, this one sat on one of the wooden posts. I quite like the room I have (deliberately) left for the bird to look into, I think it's a nice pose and not really too small in the picture to be lost.

    I really like the background and the moss covered fence just adds so much ... leading lines, shape, texture, colour.
    I think this image has potentially many crops that would all work. Might be worth exploring a triptych.
    Cropped as is, I think the image is all about context/environment, and as such I can agree with your crop choice.
    My opinion does not necessarily make it true. What you do with my opinion is entirely up to you.
