Neutral Density Filter

So I am looking for a neutral density filter that is a 9 or 10 stop. Is there any for under or around $50. I need to be able to shoot long exposure during broad day light. Thanks

By the way it is a 77mm lens

There is a cheap one here from Hitech

I purchased one of these, but it had a very heavy blue color cast, but I'll be the first to admit, I'm a complete beginner when it comes to filters/long exposure with this stuff. I typically only use a 2-3 stop and some GND's for my landscape shots.

I don't know if there are any circular ones that will screw onto your lens in that price range, but you could do a search on Amazon and Ebay to find out.

the only thing is that then I have to buy the mount for it.. then its about $75

I purchased this one and thinking it was a 9 stop, but it is only .9..... I have been looking around and I think I will get the Polaroid variable filter. It will suit my needs and pretty low cost.
