Please would you help me with something..
I had a "professional" account, which I believe is now called a "Business" account.
In my account settings, it reflects that I have a Professional $150/yr account, which I presume means a Portfolio account in the new setup.
If I click on 'change plan' and select 'business' - I am not able to update it. I understand that the new charges will be $250/year.
My credit card details are out of date and want to update them, but also want to ensure that I retain all the functionality that I had previously, which, I think, is a 'business' plan.
Is this correct and how to I change my plan to business before the update (due in a week's time), if this is the case?
Thanks for the help
Clive

The system shows you the current plan and if it's showing you the Pro level, it means you're still on that old level. On your renewal, you'll be renewing at either, Portfolio or Business level. Which one you'll be renewing at depends on what features you were using and should be reflected in the renewal email that you received a month prior your renewal date.
With your billing details outdated, you won't be able to change your plan. I would recommend that you just update your billing details and review what plan you'll be renewing at in the renewal email we sent you. If it said Business level there, I would just leave it alone and not make any changes to your plan.
If anything goes wrong and you end up getting renewed at the wrong plan, just contact us at the HelpDesk for assistance.

Thanks for the reply.
I will update my card details and then check, but I don't believe that I received an email regarding the renewal details. If I was on a pro plan - would I be renewed as a business?
As I said before, it depends on the features you were using at the time on your Pro level. If you're on the annual plan, a month prior to your renewal the system will or has sent you a renewal email. Perhaps it ended up in your spam folder?
