Tasha revisted
Late last fall, I had taken some photos of a friend, and her friend (Tasha shown here) all with available light. After returning to this photo, I thought this one would look better in BW, so this is my first attempt at converting a color photo to BW. I know it is not quite perfect yet, that is why I am posting it here, to get some suggestions on how to make it better.
Photo was taken under a tree that most of the leaves had already fallen off, and the sun was coming over my right shoulder, if I remember correctly. Workflow was import into LR4.3 and do some minor adjustments, then edit in PS CS6 to remove a few blemishes, and a tree branch by her head to the left of her, then save back to LR. I then edited it in Silver Efex Pro 2 to convert to BW.
