Hi,

I created a new gallery called Haymarket and made the thumbnail to show square. Thumbnail is displayed square when I am login to my site but as a visitor is not square. I reset it a few times by changing it back and forth but it did not help. Any idea what may be causing this and how I can address it.

Thanks,
Nasser

The only public image in this gallery is a Video, which has an "original" thumbnail. The other image in the gallery is hidden, and this is what you're seeing as the gallery thumb when you are logged in. Once a video has been uploaded, it's not possible to change it from an Original thumbnail to a Square one, sorry! But, if you'd like that video's thumbnail to be square, you could make sure that gallery is set to Square thumbnails in the gallery settings, and then re-upload the video, and that will get the new video to have a square thumbnail.

    Hi,

I setup a new gallery, loaded an image and made it a featured image first and verified the large square works. Then added my video, confirmed the large square still works. But as soon as I made my image hidden the large square changed. I have done this in my Nature in Motion and AudacityOfPeace galleries with no problem but its not working with the Haymarket gallery. I made the one image I have in the gallery visible so the large square comes back. I taught the large square is being managed by the customized code that I had added to CSS. I need to have only my video in the gallery and no images.

Any idea or help is much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Nasser
