Composites

Here are a few composites I have been working lately
Thanks to Rutt for the idea (link)

Having lots of fun doing these don't seem to ever run out of subject matter anyway.
Some of these files are very large.
I found out just how limited my computer is.
And that it's very important to setup the scratch disk in PS correctly
I think it's time for a new Mac or of maybe just a souped up PC :dunno

Very nice work! I especially like the second one. Looks like a lot of detail work as well.

Number two is excellent. The back ground colors bring out the foreground colors very well and there is so much detail.

    Very nice work!

I love the colors in the 2nd one and how the pattern of rectangles set it off from the background.

    Love to see more.

Fred, thanks for working from Rutt's link, these all look so good. Lovely timing, we are going to a massed Scots pipe band gathering, they do the stirring finale march with all bands in line and all I could think of was a boring sort of stitched panorama even if we could get enough shots between us (I was shooting at it alone last year and couldn't cover the whole line before it turned back). Would be great if we could achieve something like this, with each of the bands within its own border. "Every man and his dog" will be there with a camera, and we'd love to come up with something a bit special to set some big prints apart on this one.

And the new Mac is coming: have a new iMac arriving next week, hope there's enough time to learn how to "Bridge" before the event.

Good luck on the band event let us know how it turned out
    And bring back some photos

You should have no troubles with this it's just panos put together
with a drop shadow here and stroke there...just have fun with it

    Thanks
