How to add a contact me button in my navigation bar

I think I have one more thing to do then I will be done. I spent the entire day reorganizing my site, connecting it with my blog and making my blog look more like my site. Without knowing code I think this is the best I can do.


I need to add a contact me to the navigation bar. I want to use the smugmug form, like in my footer, so how do I do that, without messing up the rest of the my nav bar, and only adding the contact me?

1. You can use this cool customization found here to add the built in contact from to any location of your choice: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=180288

If you are using the Easy Customizer to build your Navigation Menu, use the url /customcontact for your contact link url.

2. There are a few ways to make this work in many browsers. You can add this to your Head Tag in your Advanced Customizer:

<link rel="SHORTCUT ICON" type="image/png" href="http://gallery.dreamprophotography.com/photos/i-Fx6vJ2z/0/16x16/i-Fx6vJ2z-16x16.png&quot; />

This is the codefor my favicon !!! You will need to replace this link in that code with your url. You will need a smaller sized Square image saved as a png file. You will need to go to that image once you upload it and click Share > Get A Link > Photo Links > Small > Copy. Then you will need to replace the two times the Letter S shows up in the link to 16x16 to match the format above. Paste your newly create url in the code. Then Paste that code into your Head Tag in your Advanced Customizer.

This will then create you a more compatible favicon for most browsers.
