The Bump at Eight

My wife is just over eight months pregnant with #5. We historically deliver early and thus far I have yet to take a "Bump" picture. Sad, I know. Anyway... she decided that today would be a good day for it so I set up shop. I am thinking I should try a few with a more visible background, but I do like how these have turned out. As usual, any words of wisdom or critique are always welcome. The last one was just for fun, still not sure what I think. Also, with that orange sweater I had a hard time with the white balance. I should have shot a grey card but didn't. Does it look okay? Anyway... here we go...

    lol, thanks EphTwoEight. She was being a good sport and humoring me for that one. I got close to what I was visualizing, but like I said, not sure exactly what I think. I have a few more I should put up as well. Hopefully I will have time tomorrow.

    Cool. Its not easy or often that a preggo shot stands out, but you got it there. The others are cool too. I like the blacked out BG too.

    So here is one from the later shoot. There were several, but this is the only serious one. I think it also turned out the best. I was intentionally going for something I could do B&W with, but not exactly this. I do like what I ended up with though. Would love to hear your thoughts as well. The other two can be seen on my Flickr page if you are curious.

    First off Congartulations! Second, great pics! I just did my first maternity shoot back in late March for a family as a pre-babyshower gift. The last photo above reminds me off one of my favorites from her shoot. Great job.
