Videos won't play on IE7 but will on Firefox.

    Have you tried in more recent versions of IE? IE 10 is the current release.

    Please let me know if this works for you.

    Dee, you should update your flash player in IE. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
    Also, you should try using a current browser - IE7 is very old (and of all the sucky IEs, it was one of the worst!).

    Video PHOTOS don't show (IE10) on SmugMug but do everywhere else.
    Thanks guys for your input. First, I was mistaken about my version of IE, it's 10. (My computer and monitor are 4 months old, Window 7, 64 bit, if any of this matters.)

    Did update Flash Player. Sound is great, but the picture is still a ghost on the videos...but ONLY on Smugmug; I can see videos great on YouTube, and everywhere else. Videos shows great on FireFox.

    Got any other suggestions...almost seems the problem is with SmugMug.

    Just made a discovery :-)
    Well, the videos I uploaded are HUGE (did not downsize before uploading and my camera is 18 mb). I had never changed the viewing size when clicking on to play...because they were plenty big enough.

    Well, I just clicked to view them FULL screen, and the pictures (frames) shows great. Still don't know why the picture will not show when viewing at anything smaller than fullscreen. headscratch.gif

    Interesting find! Still a strange issue. Can you try right clicking on the video and in the Flash settings, check whether hardware acceleration is checked or not? Try toggling the setting.
