Can I use SmugMug/Bay Photo info on my website?

I'm creating a page on my website that will have print and framing information, such as the type of paper and frames and mounting options that are offered, etc. All the information is already provided within the cart through descriptions and product videos. However, this information is only presented when a person has decided to buy and adds a photo to the cart. I want to take the same information and add it to a page on my website so people can see the options before they commit to adding a photo to the cart. My thinking is that if a potential customer has direct access to the print/frame options it may help persuade them to buy.

Is it possible to use the product information provided by SmugMug and Bay Photo on my website? For instance, I'd like to add information from this page. Also is it possible to embed the "Product Videos" that are available in the cart into my webpage?

Yes, you may use content from our catalog pages to make your own catalog page on your site. I can't speak for BayPhoto though, sorry. You will need to ask them.

Anything from these pages is fair game and you can use it to create your own catalog.
