Issues with Soft Proof Export

Please help me figure out what I am doing wrong. In Lightroom 4, i am creating a proof copy and am soft proofing for the Costco Luster ICC. With any needed adjustments, the photo looks great and it is obvious that it is a soft proofed copy. However, when I export the photo, the adjustments are not made and the prints loook horrible (ie. over saturated). I have never had this issue before and have printed multiple prints this way.

Bottom line, the export does not match the soft proof displayed.

Hope this makes sense. Any suggestions?

Jeff

Please provide a step by step explanation of what you did.

What was the color space, bit depth? Did you imbed the Costco color profile?

Can you provide a link to your original, non soft proofed image and your exported image?

I don't print out of LR, but it does look like the problem is double profiling.

If you can provide more info if I can't solve this I am sure someone else can.
