Video file "Playback Error"

Hi Smugmug heros,

I got "playback error" problem when I try to play video here

This seems happen on IE but Chrome works fine.
And the other video clip in the same gallery works fine!! Only the video clip has problem when play on IE.

Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

    The special characters in the gallery nicename and filename cause an issue for Flash on IE. That affects the Flash slideshow and Flash video player. Right now the only option is to upload files that have no special characters in their filename and to also remove the special characters from the gallery settings > essentials > nicename setting.
    The issue is IE specific and doesn't occur on other browsers.
