Convert Lightroom Folders to Galleries

I have a dance recital and have painstakingly organized my folders and photos by 1. Studio Name, 2. Scene 1 or Scene 2 and 3. The dance number such as 101 Take me to the River. There are a total of 60 dances in one studio.
Now I've gone through the individual dances, culled the bad shots and edited the good ones. I'm ready to upload to Smugmug.
Is there a way to "drag and drop" the individual dance folders from Lightroom (4), with my selected (flagged) edited photos, into the Category and Subcategory I've created for the Studio? Please tell me I don't have to spend a hours re-typing dance numbers and names, as I will be doing this for each of the studios I shoot this spring and summer!!
Thanks.

Then click on each folder and filter by your flags/picks. Select all (ctrl A) and drag all the photos (your edited picks) to the new gallery.

Then click 'publish' and your edited picks will start uploading to the gallery.
