    Really nice, particularly the first one.

    For what it's worth, birds and lizards are less closely related than are birds and dinosaurs. Here's a little chart:

    You can see that lizards split from the main line well before it developed into dinosaurs and ultimately lizards. There is a lot of information about how dinosaurs developed into birds and which ones did and which did not. It has to do with their hips.

    Thanks everyone. I appreciate your comments. I wasn't actually trying to make factual information about these creatures. It was more poking fun at my "usual" bird postings. Figured everyone was starting to wonder if I shot anything but birds. eek7.gifrolleyes1.gif Interesting info on the birds/dinos/lizards evolutionary journey. Ben...LMFAOROF.
