Developer Password?

After a lot of years of struggling through my own customizations, I'm ready to pass it over to a pro.

Is there such a thing as a developer password that allows him to make changes to the customization, but not do other things like download my full resolution images?

Please say yes?

We do not have a developer password, but if you are hiring who I think you are hiring, rest assured, your photos will be safe from download. This goes for all of the customizers listed on our recommended list http://news.smugmug.com/2011/02/02/smugmugs-certified-customizers/
