Posing guide?

Is there a posing guide for photographers online for free? I have looked around and there are some random videos but I am looking for something useful. Is there a book you may be able to recommend?

    Go to Creative Live and purchase Doug Gordon's 3 day workshop. With the purchase of the workshop you will get a printable PDF of his flow posing guide, along with some other useful information, and video of all 3 days of the workshop. It says on Creative Live's website that the bonus material will be available by Friday.

    He also stated that if anyone wants to tag along and shoot at one of his weddings with him, all you need to do is call his studio in Long Island, New York, and make arrangements, and provide your own transportation. He said he will allow you to keep all the images you shoot for your portfolio. You will have plenty of weddings to choose from as he is booked solid for the next 2 years!
