Shows in preview, but doesn't post

Not sure where my posts are going - I click preview and there are my embedded images along with text. When I click "Submit New Thread" nothing shows up in the forum anywhere that I can see.

Matter of fact, I'm not sure anyone will see this post, but if someone does, help!
