Recently I spent two weeks in Vietnam. It's been busy since, but I've finally gotten around to getting a few photos together from the trip. While it wasn't a photo trip per se, I did bring the camera and a couple smaller lenses. Here are some highlights: I hope you enjoy them.

Boatman on the Mekong Delta:

Woman Washing, also in the Mekong

The markets were always busy.

That's right kids! Pork for dinner!

Last, a boatman we hired to take us on a tour for an hour. He had lost his leg in the war, but that didn't seem to be a factor in his life, somehow. Though he spoke about 5 English words, his character came through loud and clear regardless. I really liked the guy.

Thanks all. I'm glad you enjoyed them. I do have more shots but am finding it hard to get the time for post work. If I get a chance to work a few more I'll post a followup.

Pro?!?!? Yuri, you made my week. That is like having Michael Jordan tell me I'm a good basketball player. :D

I like them all. But that last portrait of the boatman is fantastic. So much detail and character. I'd love to go to Vietnam one day.
