Nikon 80-200 Af-ED 2.8 Two Ring

I am looking to sell my 80-200 Af-ED 2.8 lens. I can't recommend it to anyone with a d7000. It is what I am currently using it on and it tends to backfocus. I have contacted nikon on this and they have referred me to my owners manual. It seems its a well known problem without resolve. They recommend focusing manually past 135. Looking for $650 but offers will be accepted and will pay shipping to the continental US. Thanks!

So does AF Tune (as described on Page 246 of D7000 user manual) not work? and why? Have you tried sending it to Nikon for service?

I tried using af fine tune but I couldn't see it doing anything at all. When I contacted nikon they said the only thing they could do is use af tune to try and get it in focus but they would charge me and couldn't guarantee it would fix it. So I decided not to send it.
