Download all deactivated?

hello! I'm trying to use the download all feature to download my galleries..The problem is its not a selectable feature for me. Is there something i'm supposed to do to enable it?

Hi and welcome to Dgrin! It seems you're logged in as an assistant. Make sure you log out and then log in as the owner, and Download All will not be greyed out anymore.
