Upload Problem

This daily "uploads are suspended while we work under the hood" is really getting old. It would be nice if some of the price increase could be spent on reliability.

    That comes up when SmugMug goes down whether it be scheduled maintenance or an unexpected outage. We haven't been down in a while. Seems odd that you would get this error. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?

    I just got the uploading is suspended while we work under the hood again. At least you give me the option of browsing my site until you are done. That is kind of you.

    Wayne,

    I would suggest that you contact the HelpDesk with details on what you specifically that caused the error to show. What browser version, operating system and uploader are you using? Also include a link to the page you're on and a screenshot of your whole screen showing the issue.
    Details should allow us to troubleshoot your issue better.
