Watermark Help

I had my website customized a few months ago and recently did a revision. It was suggested to me that I make my watermark the same as my logo for branding purposes. So my designer sent me a transparent PNG file of the logo in both black and white. I uploaded them to SM into my Website Images gallery. When I click on one of them to make it into a watermark, it's not showing on the sample SM image regardless of what I do, where I put it or which one I use. Somewhere there's a disconnect, probably on my end. What step am I missing?

    Can you send us an e-mail at help@smugmug.com so we can help you troubleshoot this? It would also be helpful to have you send us a link to the watermark file you are trying to use from the "Website Images" gallery.
