Two images of the descent of a super-moon. Observing a rare super moon's descent into the mist over the Ohio River Valley. As seen from the overlook in Leavenworth, Indiana. It was a breathtaking surreal scene at 4:45 am this morning.
[Note: A "super-moon" occurs when the moon's closest trajectory to earth coincides with a full moon.]
#1. 10 second exp. at f8 - ISO 160
#2. 15 second exp. at f16 - ISO 160
Both images were taken with the 25mm f1.4 Lumix/Leica Summilux on the Lumix G5 - tripod of course. All manual, all the time - in RAW mode. My typical workflow: Quick overview in Irfanview/discard the junk/import to LR where the lion's share of pp is done/export to Color Efex for fine tweaking/LR for any final adjustments/export jpegs to unlisted gallery on website for watermarking - spread em around!

Another improvement would be to reduce the signature and place it in bottom corner.....otherwise its like spitting in your own food so no one else would eat it.
