The Gallery update date and time are in US format. Is it possible to change this to UK or European format and 24 hour clock? That is Day Month Year HH:MM giving 30 May 2013 2256hrs.

I will add this to our feature requests list at http://feedback.smugmug.com/forums/17723-smugmug

    Thanks!

    ???????? It's not ALREADY a choice?
Another slap in the face for non-US customers.
I can't get a local lab and my potential customers are not going to order through USA.
So for my Portfolio account I'm paying $90 a year just for custom watermarking (over the Power account) ... because I can't use any other feature in Portfolio ... because I am not in USA
I still pay the same as US Smugmuggers for my subscription but I can't use all the features that US users can.
Look I love Smugmug, but it's stuff like this that gets me shaking my head.
My opinion does not necessarily make it true. What you do with my opinion is entirely up to you.

In the same boat as you, Ace. Totally agree.

Eric - I'd vote up the ability to change date and time formats and UTC offset too.

Did this get added to the feature requests list? I've been searching for it and haven't found it yet.

I can't find any suggestion for that either. From what I can tell, it hasn't been added yet.

    Thanks for looking, Sebastian.

Looks like another example of crap support - mbonocore keen on talking the talk but not being bothered about walking the walk.

Weeks go by and it seems like nothing's being done. Is it any wonder that we're feeling rejected, disappointed and robbed?

    Hi Beard,

I apologize for the delay. Any feedback I input goes through a pre vetting stage, where I scour the forum looking for duplicates, as well as get engineering feedback on Dev time. You can find the feedback item here

    I apologize again.

That's a heap of bs. To post a new idea all you have to do is log in and type in the idea, pick a category and type in an optional description. Looking for dupes is a gimme, takes seconds not weeks if the search function is up to scratch. Getting feedback on dev time isn't a requirement, us mere mortals manage to post new ideas without it.

I would have replied sooner but, to be honest, I've been just plain lazy. Then again, nobody was waiting weeks for me to do something that I said I would do.

No more apologies, please. They're so frequent and widespread that they've lost all value and TBH I just don't believe them any more.

Understood. There is a process I have here on my end to avoid creating my duplicates and more internal work to get things cleaned up. Also, I am not going to create a feedback item if the dev teams tells me it is not possible. I am in the process of cleaning up the feedback library, and this is my internal way of submitting new items. You are more than welcome to submit items on your own, but if I am going to submit one, it has to go through my internal process.
