A fresh edit from my trip in 2009, love going back and re-working old photos.

Gloomy is subjective term! Outdoors people and Nature Photographers would consider it heaven, even in these conditions, perhaps more so than in bright hazy conditions! Just a mesmerizing shot! Can't say how much I love this one! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks so much! Yeah, 'gloomy' might not be quite the right description but so be it :)

The photo actually made 'Popular' on 500px yesterday and 'Explore' on Flickr which I was pretty stoked about!

i really like the "almost-monochrome" treatment here... the light through the clouds, illuminating the peak and reflecting on the water, is really special. excellent job processing this one!

15524779-Ti.gif This shot needs to be put on a big piece of canvas and hung on the wall.

Amazing shot. Brooding, maybe? Beautiful though. Thanks for sharing.

Lovely light, but personally I find the dark areas to the left and far right a bit distracting, especially the one on the left.

Sorry, I know I'm swimming in a different direction to the others who have commented, but I do like the picture.
