adobe photoshop elements 10

hello:my elements 10 is acting up on me.When I try to make a photo album it wont let me,i get a popup box that says"error in making the album".also,i made some monochrome versions of my color photos by editing and saving the new monochrome version to a new file nameWhenever I move a monochrome picture to elements 10 from pictures the color version of the same picture will dissaper.can anyone help? thanks

    Sorry to hear you haven't found a solution yet. I suspect the lack of response is because not very many Dgrinners are using Elements. You might try looking for an answer on Adobe's Elements forum: http://forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop_elements deal.gif
