Any good tutorials for Bamboo tablets?

I'm having wrist issues and Amazon was having a flashsale so I picked up the "Capture" model for $65. Still on the fence whether to keep it or not, but that depends on learning to USE it! It feels great, but having trouble understanding how the pen pressure affects things like cloning in PS (size? Opacity?). If anybody knows any good tutorials, links would be welcome....

I have a cintiq that I rarely use. I think the key, from what I've heard, is to hide your mouse for a week and force yourself to become facile with your tablet.

It's taken a few days, but I'm actually starting to enjoy using it. There are some things it does soooo much more easily than a mouse. I suspect once I get dependent on it I"ll want to up to an Intuos which I gather is a little more sensitive, but this is fine for now; the Bamboo is a little smaller, and since I'm short on desk real estate that's actually a plus rather than a minus

It is certainly WAY better for things like retouching stray hairs and detailed cloning; so much easier to make it look natural with pen pressure than building it up with a mouse.
