using embed codes on a regular website

So I'm trying to embed a video hosted on smugmug to the home page my site and i cant get any of the 3 codes to work, is it just not possible or is there some kind of work around? do these codes only work for blog pages?

    Make sure external links are on in the Smugmug source gallery.

    Got a link to the page using the shows?
