Don't love it, cluttered and not a flattering pose. The lines angles and pose are working against you here.
Has possibilities, if you get to shoot her here again shut the door in the back and shoot her further back in the hall and from below the railings..of maybe from the other direction. Looks like there is some good light to play with in there.
Or she could stand up and use the railing from props...
Just some ideas.
